Sand Angel

For Gage's 3rd birthday this year we got him a sandbox! We were so excited for him to be able to play outside and enjoy this. Joe and Grandad (Joe's dad) built this for him last Sunday. Gage was SO excited and was ready to play. He helped dig holes and put sand in. Once it was finished he played for 2 hours straight. He even made a sand angel. He's played in his sandbox everyday this week. He's had so much fun! I love watching the joy and happiness flow from my sweet boy. I learn so much from him. ❤

Happy 3rd Birthday Gage!!!!

I didn't get this posted exactly on Gage's actual birthday, but my baby is 3!!!! What?!?!??!!!! Where did the time go?? 

Gage Bennett was born on June 6, 2010 at 4:49pm and has brought such JOY to our lives. What an amazing and blessed boy he is. He fills our heart with such happiness! These past 3 years have been incredible and I tear up every time I think about him getting bigger. I look forward to the things we can do together, but I cherish EVERY moment I have with him now. What a precious son I have! 

Gage is so smart and so funny! He has such a loving heart and loves to be a friend. I am so proud of him and love his spirit. He makes me a better person, helps me to try new things, gets me to relax and just plain HAVE FUN!!!! I am so blessed to be his mommy! ❤

As I'm reflecting on the love I have for Gage, it makes me think of the love God has for us. What an abundance of love he has! And how proud God is of us all. We just have to submit our lives to HIM and walk with Him. Then we can live in The Blessing that God has for us.  

Gage is a mighty warrior for Christ and Jesus has great plans for this sweet boy. Thank you Lord for blessing me with an amazing little boy and I'm honored to be his mom and to train him up with your Word. Thank you for giving Joe and me the wisdom that we need to raise Gage. We are all blessed and highly favored and we seek and serve YOU!

Gavin is 4 months old!!

My tiny baby is 4 months old!! Whoa! Time flies when you're having fun! I am behind on posting and Gavin really is about to be 5 months old now. Gavin has had a great month being 4 months. He weighs 16.8 pounds, is 27 1/2 inches long and eats A LOT! :) He puts his hands in his mouth and is talking so much. I know I've heard him say "momma" :) 

His first big mile stone this month was that he rolled over!!!! We have been waiting and taking video of the almost moment, but one day he did it and I got the video. :) He gets better everyday at rolling over and is getting stronger and stronger. He only rolls from back to front right now. 

Another milestone this month is he is now eating baby food. First we started with rice cereal and now its green beans baby! He likes those a lot and eats them really well. I'm glad he's eating baby food now. He's so hungry all of the time that this helps keep him fuller.  

Best of all....he's a GREAT sleeper!!!! Hallelujah! Praise The Lord!!!! He still wakes in the night to eat some, but he sleeps sooooo good and that makes momma happy!!! I enjoy my sleep! :) 

Well 4 months has been some big accomplishments for my sweet boy. I'm excited to see what 5 months will bring. Stay tuned....
